What changed for IV therapy clinics in Texas?
Texas HB 3749, signed in 2025 and effective September 1, 2025, regulates elective IV therapy given outside a physician office or licensed facility. A physician may delegate prescribing to a PA or APRN, and administration to a PA, APRN or RN under adequate supervision. YellowHorns does not handle clinical decisions. We make sure intake, booking and follow-up support the process your medical team runs.
New rules, same demand. Clinics that look trustworthy win.
