Measure the whole journey
A cheap lead is not useful if nobody responds or the consultation never happens.
Founder of YellowHorns
Computer science graduate, acquisition strategist and a relentlessly curious systems builder working at the intersection of private healthcare, automation and AI.

Sami started in computer science, where every difficult problem is eventually reduced to inputs, logic, failure points and a system that can be tested. Marketing rarely looked that disciplined. Businesses bought attention, handed leads across disconnected tools and called the outcome unpredictable.
That gap became an obsession. Sami began studying acquisition as a complete operating system: what creates demand, how quickly a person receives a useful response, what makes them book, why they fail to attend and what turns one transaction into a lasting relationship.
Working directly with US businesses brought the theory into real operations. In functional, integrative and longevity medicine, he saw a particularly important version of the problem. Practices delivered sophisticated care, yet the journey before and between appointments could still depend on a slow inbox, a missed call or a manual spreadsheet.
YellowHorns grew from that tension. The company builds the connective system around patient acquisition, intake, follow-up, retention and revenue recovery, while keeping clinical judgment exactly where it belongs: with the practice.
The operating belief
“Predictable growth is not one campaign. It is a patient journey with fewer broken handoffs.”
A cheap lead is not useful if nobody responds or the consultation never happens.
Systems handle administrative friction. Practitioners keep clinical decisions and relationships.
If the team cannot understand and maintain the system, it is not finished.
Credentials and foundations
A technical base for designing integrations, understanding data boundaries and translating complicated systems into reliable workflows.
Certificate of Mastery issued to Sami Haider on July 29, 2025 through Credly. Verified credential covering applied artificial intelligence proficiency.
Credential ID 4SY H7N GT8. A foundation in digital media, measurement and acquisition marketing.
What he is building now
Today, Sami works with private practices and healthcare AI companies to connect the systems surrounding care: high-intent landing pages, enquiry response, booking, intake, EHR-aware workflows, follow-up, retention and decision-ready reporting.
The aim is not to automate the relationship. It is to remove the avoidable friction that prevents the relationship from starting or continuing.
